The event is sponsored by Weduco, LLC but as our resources are limited (we fit into many of the aforementioned categories of business startups and freelancers), we are currently accepting sponsors. If you would like to be an official sponsor for Freelance Camp DC, please contact us. In addition to the levels listed below we are also looking for sponsors to donate time, services, or products so please contact us if you have an idea!
Our sponsorship levels are as follows:
Bronze Sponsor: For $250 be one of official sponsors. This level includes:
- Company logo displayed on the event website labeled as "Bronze Sponsor".
- Two (2) free passes to the event.
Silver Sponsor: For $1000 be our lunch sponsor. This level includes:
- Company logo displayed on the cards placed at each table.
- Large company logo in onsite sponsorship presentation labeled "Silver Sponsor".
- Large company logo displayed on the event website labeled as "Silver Sponsor".
- A full profile page for your brand on the event website.
- Five (5) free passes to the event.
Gold Sponsor: For $2500 you can be the sole sponsor of our after party. This level includes:
- Company logo displayed during the after party.
- Company logo displayed on the cards placed at each table.
- Extra large company logo in onsite sponsorship presentation labeled "Gold Sponsor".
- Extra large company logo displayed on the event website labeled as "Gold Sponsor".
- A full profile page for your brand on the event website.
- Ten (10) free passes to the event.
Platinum Sponsor: For $5000 you can be the sole sponsor for Freelance Camp DC 2009. This level includes:
- Company logo everywhere onsite at the event!
- Company logo placed on all marketing material for this event.
- A chance to give a 5 minute pitch during the event about your product or services
- Extremely large company logo in onsite sponsorship presentation labeled "Platinum Sponsor".
- Extremely large company logo displayed on the event website labeled as "Platinum Sponsor".
- Fifteen (15) free passes to the event.
